I know I'm going to get a lot of hate for this, but from looking at all the facts I don't really have much of a problem with Sarkeesian. I think she's right, there are certain games with sexist tropes in them, and promote sexist behaviours. That's not to say that gamers are sexists - God knows how many video games I've played - but rather that certain games might be. Whether or not people think about it, it exists. And if you oppose sexism, you should hear her out. She's not ruining games, she's just saying some games are problematic. And even if you enjoy those games, listen to it in her own words: it's fine to enjoy video games that might have sexist elements, as long as you are aware of them and be on the look out for it.
